What repairs will my car insurance cover?

I never had car insurance or a car untill just recently so I do not know what good my insurance is, its just liability, the cheapest their is. How do I know if my car insurance will cover this repair?

Liability coverage does not cover you for the repairs of your vehicle. It protects you for damages you cause to another person and / or property damage. Hopefully, you have adequate liability limits. In no case, even if you had Collision / Comprehensive coverage, would your insurance pay for the repair of your vehicle if it the repair was for normal wear and tear and not related to a collision or comprehensive incident
